Education

  • All Franchisees/Managers/Instructors must be certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise) the 1st year
  • American Council on Exercise
  • A manager will run the studio( fitness professionals only) screened by the Sweatshop
  • Franchisee needs no fitness experience
  • Turnkey Franchise
  • Franchisee may be a manager : screened by Sweatshop Staff
  • Managers maintain & motivate a quality staff----their primary resposibility
  • Managers handle the further training of aerobic instructors after they pass the Sweatshop Instructor Training Class
  • Aerobic Instructors must keep current CPR certification
  • Aerobic Instructors will have weekly class evaluations by the Manager & Monthly evaluations by the Sweatshop Staff

Hours of Operation

  • 6-11:30am : classes may be at 6,7,8,9 or 10AM ( 1 hour each)
  • 4-9pm: classes may be at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 PM (1 hour each)
  • Saturdays 8-12am: classes may be at 8:30, 9:30,10:30AM
  • Sundays: 1 class in afternoon possible
