White Rock Lake: the 1920' Reborn

White Rock Lake has been a popular recreational area since the early 1920's, when the lake was a pleasant country drive from the growing city of Dallas.

White Rock Lake sits in the middle of the Casa Linda neighborhood, which was developed in the 1950's. The architecture reflects the eclectic styles that existed after World War II.

Meandering creeks lined with tall trees adds an intimate, homey atmoshpere to the neighborhood.
